Policies
We strive to ensure that your visit to our website and your purchasing experience is pleasant and hasslefree. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for a refund, but we cannot accept returns of electrical items, or products that show signs of wear, installation or use.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Please Inspect the Merchandise before Accepting the Shipment.
If you need to return an item, please contact Channelview Supply at 1-866-866-7666 or contact us by email at rv-svc@msn.com for a return authorization. All products must have a return authorization number before being returned. Items authorized for return are subject to the following: Items which are normally stocked in our store may be given a full refund. Items not stocked but readily available will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No refund will be given for items specially made for the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the customer requested a specific item or part number, and that was sent.
Certain restrictions apply. Extra fees may apply for testing and evaluation to determine returnability. Items returned to us which are deemed to be unsellable, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Return Procedures:
Please contact Channelview Supply at 1-866-866-7666 Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST or by email at rv-svc@msn.com. We will assign a return authorization number for your reference. This number must be clearly marked on the shipping package. Please include a copy of your original sales ticket with the shipment. Our address is:

Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will cheerfully issue a credit to your charge card within five business days.
